Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid broke up following an alleged altercation between the former One Direction singer and Hadid’s mother, Yolanda. Malik, or at least someone who looks remarkably similar to him, was recently spotted on a dating app for plus-size people. Model Gigi Hadid and musician Zayn Malik have been dating on and off for years. They were first spotted together back in 2015. Their daughter Khai was born on Sept. 23, 2020.
On Oct. 28, 2021, ET reported that an alleged incident between Malik and Hadid’s mother Yolanda “turned hostile.” A source told the publication that Yolanda Hadid frequently showed up uninvited to the home Malik and the model shared with their daughter, creating tension within the family.
The situation came to a head when Malik was accused of striking Yolanda Hadid. Malik released a statement denying the allegations, although he did reveal that “harsh words” were shared. He also said he would “remain vigilant to protect Khai and give her the privacy she deserves.”
Hadid and Malik reportedly split up following the incident.

Following his breakup with Hadid, Malik has been spotted on WooPlus, a “dating app for curvy people to find and enjoy love,” according to the company’s website.
A video clip circulating the internet shows a man who looks just like Malik taking part in an emoji challenge on the app. The name used on the profile is “Zed,” and the location tagged is Ottsville, Pennsylvania. The home Malik shared with Hadid was in Pennsylvania.
According to the WooPlus website, “WooPlus is the best online dating app for big beautiful women (BBW), big handsome men (BHM), and all people who love plus size singles.”
The app requires users to verify their identity with facial recognition technology, making it even more likely that the profile belongs to the real Zayn Malik.
The former One Direction member has previously spoken about his love of ‘fuller women’
WooPlus cannot confirm if Malik is on the app due to privacy policies. “Due to the terms and policy of WooPlus, we cannot confirm any information regarding it,” a representative for the dating app told Page Six. “We are dedicated to managing a privacy-secure environment for each user.”
The rep also said, “We’d be thrilled to have Zayn Malik in our inclusive dating community if he did join and we find it absolutely common that a lot of people appreciate the beauty of plus size women, which we think there’s no need to make a fuss about it.”
In a 2016 interview with Billboard, Malik opened up about his love of “fuller women.” He said his mother taught him how to cook, and he likes making meals for the women he dates. “I have about six of her signature dishes down, and I’ll pull them out for the ladies when I need to,” he said.
He added, “I like girls that are a bit chunky in certain areas – the nice areas. I like a fuller woman.”

It’s been years since Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards have been paired together, with the long separated couple now having moved on and had children with new partners.
The musical couple gathered lots of attention during their romance, which saw them buy a house together and Zayn tattoo Perrie onto his body.
Perrie has happily moved on with footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who she started dating in 2016 and shares baby Axel Oxlade-Chamberlain with.
But with the news that Zayn is “really upset” with how he left his then fiancée via text years ago, attention is back on the doomed romance between the two of them.

Cheating rumours start to circulate around Zayn leading to some trouble in paradise.
The two had enjoyed Christmas together but faced a rocky month as pictures were leaked by a woman called Courtney Webb, who claimed she’d spent the night with Zayn.
The photographs show Zayn asleep in her bed, somehow he managed to soothe Perrie and the two decided to continue their relationship.

In an effort to show how committed he was to the relationship, Zayn got a tattoo of Perrie in a cartoon style on his arm.
After his dedication to his girlfriend had come into question it seem to be Zayn’s best idea to prove his love.
When Perrie spoke out about the tattoo she admitted that she found it “weird but nice”. Zayn would go on to have the tattoo covered up.

The tattoo seems to work and just months later it’s officially announced that the pair are engaged to be married.
Perrie first showed off her sparkling ring at One Direction’s This Is Us premiere.
The couple didn’t initially speak to the press about this step but Perrie’s mum Debbie was more than happy to speak about their engagement.
She told the Dorset Echo newspaper: “It’s official. I’m over the moon. They are really in love.”

To further show his dedication to his relationship, Zayn buys Perrie’s mum a house to live in in an impressive gesture to his almost mother-in-law.

He hired out a roller-coaster, ferris wheel and other funfair rides at a Hertfordshire country estate in a lavish celebration for the young singer.

Following the pictures are claims from Swedish model Martina Olsson that he had cheated with her too.
Lauren denied that anything had happened but Zayn wasted no time, catching the first flight back home to Perrie to talk to him.
She believed his innocence and the pair went on with their relationship.

When asked about it, she says it’s being clean but jokes that they’ll split soon.

Fresh rumours about Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid getting back together after their explosive breakup in late 2021 are doing the rounds after eye-witness accounts of them spending time together were reported.
According to sources, people vacationing in Aspen during the recent holiday season reportedly spotted the singer and supermodel together at the mountainous winter escape.
Deuxmoi, the Instagram celeb watchdog and hub of reader-submitted celebrity gossip, on Friday shared that the Zayn and Gigi are now ‘friendly’ and co-parenting their one-year-old daughter Khai.
“They were also supposedly in Aspen over the holidays,” they stated, adding that they had deliberately not shared an alleged eye-witness account earlier that said, “Gigi and Zayn are in Aspen and back together. Seen snowmobiling the other day.”
Neither Zayn nor Gigi have hinted at being back together, however.
The couple went their separate ways in October 2021 following an explosive fight between Zayn and Gigi’s mother Yolanda Hadid.
