ASAP Rocky Seen in Studio Footage With Kanye West, Pusha-T, and The Game

The pace of Ye news as of late has hit one hell of a stride, with a range of (very) recent developments spanning everything from the announcement of Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga to word from Steven Victor that the artist formerly known as Kanye West has “started working” on a Donda sequel.

Studio footage, meanwhile, has given fans an inside look (albeit often via strategically muted video clips) at where Ye is taking his creativity next. Among the latest to be seen in the studio alongside the recently confirmed Coachella 2022 headliner is none other than ASAP Rocky, who—if previously shared comments still hold true—has a new (and Morrissey-featuring) album of his own on the horizon.

Tracey Mills, who also recently shared a clip showing Ye FaceTiming with DJ Premier about potentially releasing new music on Friday, gave fans a little over a minute of silent footage in which Rocky and Ye are seen vibing out to something one can only hope will eventually be made public. Tagged in the IG post alongside Ye are are Pusha-T, The Game, and Antonio Brown.

Mere hours later, Evan Ross came through with (seemingly non-studio) footage and a pic showing Ye and Julia Fox kicking it with Madonna and Floyd Mayweather, among other familiar faces.

For now, no one knows what this means, but it’s provocative. It gets the people going.

As for the latest Donda 2 chatter, Moneybagg Yo just yesterday shared a screenshot showing a text exchange with Ye during which the 22-time Grammy winner specifically mentioned sessions for the potential album.

Pusha-T’s New Album Title Possibly Gets Leaked

It looks like the title of Pusha-T’s highly-anticipated new studio album has been accidentally revealed through a promotional banner on YouTube Music.

The Virginia-based rapper has been teasing his upcoming full-length body of work for some time, telling fans that it will be worth the wait and even saying it’s better than his Grammy-nominated album, Daytona. Hip-hop fans have been waiting patiently for Pusha-T to return with his album and it looks like it’s coming soon.

According to multiple sources, Push’s upcoming new album could be called It’s Not Dry Yet. This information comes from a screenshot on YouTube Music, which encourages fans to listen to the new album, despite it not having been released. This must have been a mistake from YouTube Music’s editorial team.

The album title has not been confirmed by Pusha-T.

As of the time of this publication, the album does not have a release date. However, with the way that Push has been teasing it, it is likely arriving sooner rather than later. If you can’t wait for new music from him, check out his feature on Babyface Ray’s new single, out today.

What do you think of the possible title of Pusha-T’s new album? Does it sound like a classic?

Julia Fox Says “All My Sh*t Was in Boxes, Gone” After Meeting Kanye: “I’m Really Surrendering”

If you thought the Kanye West and Julia Fox photoshoots were over, think again. And if you thought the actress wasn’t a reliable source for Pusha-T news, you’re wrong on that, too.

The latest power couple at the intersection of fashion, hip-hop, and Hollywood have made yet another appearance in an Interview Magazine photo collection and check-in. This time, however, they’re posing with some famous friends in Madonna, Floyd Mayweather, and Antionio Brown, as Fox opened up about another date with Ye before spilling the beans about a potential music video project he filmed with King Push.

“I had a date with Madonna, but obviously I invited Ye because they know each other, they work together, and they respect each other as artists,” Fox said about how the combo of stars came together. “Then Floyd Mayweather, Antonio Brown, and a bunch of other people showed up. So obviously we had to do a photo shoot.”

In the photos shot by Kevin Leyva, Fox is rocking a custom fit from her stylists Peri Rosenzweig and Briana Andalore, and she opened up about how her relationship with Ye was evolving in recent weeks.

“You know, I’m so used to being fucked over in relationships, so I keep waiting for him to disappoint me, because he makes very grandiose promises, and it’s like, “How could he ever pull it off with all the other things he has going on,’” Fox said. “But he always does. Last night was a testament to that.”

She continued, explaining that she doesn’t read the comments about her online, and discussed the current “vibes” in her life, which she said are “about tolerance, kindness, and love.”

“I’m canceling cancel culture and putting an end to this black-and-white thinking. People shouldn’t be defined by their darkest moment. As humans, we commit violence to each other, we police each other. We’ve created such a hostile environment, especially on the internet. That’s why I don’t read the headlines.”

As Fox explains, her and Ye had gone on a date at Delilah in Los Angeles, before Ye put on the film Zola and those in attendance—which had including Dave Chappelle, Marilyn Manson, and Naomi Campbell—sat down to watch. After watching the film, she revealed that Ye filmed a video alongside Push. “There was a music video shoot, a Pusha-T video shoot,” Fox said. “Ye did his thing because he’s in the song with Pusha. Then we went back to the hotel and the paparazzi have been following me ever since.”

A few days after meeting Ye, Fox recalls having a “cathartic” experience in packing up all of her clothes and starting fresh, which she added felt like “packing up my old life.”

“Even a month ago, I was so fucking like…not getting along with my son’s father, or not having help. It was just me alone. I was so tired and everything was work,” Fox said. “I just remember being like, “I know that there’s going to be a reward for this, like this is so fucking miserable that I know that I know something good will come of this if I just hang in there.” And then a few days later there I am with Ye, and it was the most instant natural organic attraction and connection. I just feel really safe with him. It’s a redemption story.”

Young Thug Says He Doesn’t ‘F&!k With Freddie Gibbs,’ Freddie Appears to Respond With Dress Comment

It looks like Young Thug is getting involved in his artist Gunna’s beef with Freddie Gibbs.

On Sunday (Jan. 16), Thugger shared some clips on his Instagram Story, one of which taunted Freddie. “High above the rim/I don’t fuck with Freddie Gibbs,” Thug rhymes while holding up a middle finger to the camera. “Niggas tellin’ fibs/Risk your life getting next to me you know your chances slim,” Thug continues.

The post quickly caught the ear of Gibbs who seemingly responded on Twitter. First, he posted three sleeping emojis. The Gary, Ind. rapper followed up with the tweet, “All the girls that like me wear dresses. This ain’t nothin,” an apparent reference to Thug donning a dress on the cover of his Jeffery album.

“Kill these niggas with success,” Gibbs added, followed by the tweet, “Yessirski,” a phrase Thug often uses.

It is unclear why YT picked today to try and pick with Freddie. However, the diss comes a week after YSL artist Gunna dissed Freddie Gibbs on his new album DS4EVER, the day after beef erupted between the two on Twitter. Gunna called out Freddie for calling him a snitch a couple years ago due to Gunna’s appearance in what people were calling an episode of Crime Stoppers. After warning Gibbs of the diss, Gunna spit the line, “I don’t fuck with Freddie Gibbs/Niggas telling fibs,” on the song, “Poochie Gown,” which didn’t exactly get rave reviews from listeners.

Gunna talked about the beef during a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, admitting he sparked the situation out of the blue.
