‘I get emotional because my son is an amazing young man, and it took me to be a mother for me to realize how incredible of a woman she (my mother) is,’ she said.

She went on saying, ‘You don’t know what unconditional love is. You may say you do, but if you don’t have a child, you don’t know what that is. But when you experience it, it is the most fulfilling ever. So, that is the greatest part about me. Being a mom to Ian.’

‘[My son] makes me happier than anything in the whole world,’ she said. ‘To be in a space of a mother losing her child for six months was terrifying.’

In terms of inspirational true stories, it doesn’t get much better than that of Shirley Chisholm, and that’s what the movie will dive into. According to Netflix, Shirley will be an “intimate portrayal of the trailblazing political icon” and will center on her 1972 presidential campaign, which was the first time a Black woman sought the highest office in the country. As Iñaki arrived at his office on Thursday morning, he was asked about the pictures. “Things happen and we will manage it in the best possible manner,” he said (translated to English). When asked about his family and how they took the news, Iñaki replied, “Like a difficulty that we will manage with the utmost calm and together, as always.”

The images of Iñaki and Ainhoa reportedly did not catch King Felipe’s sister Cristina by surprise. “She already knew it,” a source told ¡HOLA! Spain. A source said that Queen Letizia’s sister-in-law is “fine and calm,” adding, “Right now, she is only concerned about her children.”

But Prince George, who was educated at Osborne and Dartmouth naval colleges, would later gain a reputation as the glamorous party prince who was famed for his affairs, alleged drug abuse, involvement in high-profile love scandals, and same-sex relationships.

No secret has been made of their father’s austere and strict approach to parenting.

King George V famously told the Earl of Derby: “I was afraid of my father, my father was afraid of his mother, and I’m going to make damn sure my children are afraid of me!”

As the Duke of Kent was born as the fifth-in-line to the throne, he never experienced any of the pressures caused by the looming burden of the crown.

He just had to sit back and enjoy his incredibly privileged position.

Even though the Duke was a naval lieutenant - and later a pilot in the Royal Air Force - he was also able to indulge in his party-loving antics.

His various affairs reportedly include the likes of society heiress Poppy Baring, US Cabaret performer Florence Mills, singer Jessie Matthews, and Margaret, The Duchess of Argyll.

But it doesn’t stop there because George was believed to have also had affairs with men.

There were persistent rumours George became the lover of British playwright Noël Coward, as well as writer Cecil Roberts and the son of the Argentine ambassador, Jorge Ferrara.

There is even a suggestion that details about the prince’s private life are kept under lock and key at Windsor Castle, and are said to include details that George was once arrested for carrying out a homosexual act but was released when his identity was revealed.

(Image: Fox Photos/Getty Images)

The prince’s most famous affair was with Kiki Preston, who was also known as ‘the girl with the silver syringe’. It is thought she got the royal addicted to drugs, namely cocaine and morphine.

In the memoirs of Loelia, Duchess of Westminster, she revealed that George’s brother, Edward VIII believed George and Kiki had an illegitimate child and that it was Michael Temple Canfield, an American diplomatic aide during the Eisenhower administration.

Affairs and parties aside, Prince George was married to his second cousin, Princess Marina of Greece and Denmark at Westminster Abbey on November 29, 1934.

They had three children, Prince Edward (the present Duke of Kent), Princess Alexandra, The Hon. Lady Ogilvy and Prince Michael of Kent.

Prince George tragically died in a plane crash on August 25, 1942 at the age of just 39. Of the 14 on board, 13 were killed when the aircraft came down over Caithness in Scotland.

George left behind his wife and three young children, the youngest of whom was just over a month old.

He is buried at the Royal Burial Ground in Frogmore, Windsor.
