Jane Seymour’s Character on ‘B Positive’ Has Not Come to Terms with Her Senior Status

Jane’s character recently had a heart attack and doesn’t like to take her medicine. She also plays down the fact that she even had one. That’s because in Bette’s eyes, if she did, that would mean she would have to come to terms with getting older. It’s apparent that the zany aging beauty isn’t ready to deal with that yet. She’s kind of the Blanche Devereaux of the retirement home, and we love it!.

So how old is the sexy blonde, who Jane herself describes as being outrageous and bighearted?

Meet Kristopher Steven Keach, Jane Seymour’s Son

Jane Seymour is a British actress whose career has spanned across several genres of film and television. According to Biography, Seymour is best known for her leading role in “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,” which earned her an Emmy Award, and her appearance in the James Bond film “Live and Let Die.” Younger fans know Seymour for her role in the 2005 comedy “Wedding Crashers” and as a competitor on the 7th season of “Dancing With the Stars.”

As for her personal life, Jane Seymour has been married four times, all of which ended in divorce (via Today). Throughout those marriages, she gave birth to four children: Sean and Katherine with former husband, David Flynn and years later, twins John and Kristopher with former husband James Keach, who she split from in 2015. John and Kristopher were born in 1995 during Seymour’s time on “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.” Despite being born into the spotlight, her youngest, Kristopher Steven Keach, has remained fully behind the curtain.

Tom Brady addresses retirement talk: It ‘pains’ Gisele ’to see me get hit’

After another Pro Bowl season that included MVP chatter and a playoff berth, few thought that this would be the year Tom Brady hangs it up.

But after Sunday’s season-ending loss to the Los Angeles Rams, it appears that the seven-time Super Bowl champion hasn’t slammed the door on retiring this offseason. The 44-year old Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback didn’t offer much on the topic in the immediate aftermath of Sunday’s game. He also didn’t rule it out.

“I haven’t put a lot of thought into it,” Brady told reporters. “Taking it day by day.”

Gisele ‘deserves what she needs from me’

On Monday, he provided a deeper look into his decision-making process while speaking with Jim Gray on the “Let’s Go” podcast. He made some compelling points in favor of shutting things down, primarily involving his family.

“I said this a few years ago, it’s what relationships are all about,” Brady said, per the Tampa Bay Times. “It’s not always what I want. It’s what we want as a family. And I’m gonna spend a lot of time with them and figure out in the future what’s next.”

That adds up to a boiler-plate response for any high-profile athlete being asked about retirement. But a visceral look at his wife Gisele Bundchen’s gameday experience offers more insight into his and his family’s thought process.

“It pains her to see me get hit out there,” Brady continued. “And she deserves what she needs from me as a husband, and my kids deserve what they need from me as a dad.”

Brady addressed the decision again on Instagram on Tuesday, and it sounds like a decision isn’t coming this week.

“I understand that at this stage in my career, there is going to be interest in my future whenever a season ends, but this week, all that is on my mind is the gratitude I have for this team and the fans that have supported us all year long,” Brady wrote.

Brady still loves to play

Brady has long alluded to playing well into his 40s. He told the Tampa Bay Times in October “I’m going to play as long as I can” and that he’ll consider retiring only when he’s not playing at a championship level.

There’s little sign on the football field that the wheels are ready to fall off. Meanwhile, Brady’s approaching the second season of a two-year $50 million contract extension in Tampa Bay. But money’s a minimal factor here. Brady’s earned $293 million on the football field, not to mention his endorsements. And he’s not the household’s top earner.

No, Brady and Bundchen will surely discuss the decision outside the parameters of paychecks before Brady ultimately makes the call. He appears to be genuinely torn.

“I’d rather play and lose than not play at all,” Brady continued. “As much as the losing hurts, it’s much more enjoyable for me to be in the arena than not in the arena.”

As for when he’ll make the decision? Don’t hold your breath, Bucs fans.

“I’ll know when I know,” Brady said. “It’s a day after the season.”

The Choker: Versatile and Varied

Several less expensive styles are included in Chanel’s spring 2022 costume jewelry range, including a double-strand gold-finish chain with interlocking white resin C’s ($775) and what the label called its Pearls Cascade choker, made with glass beads, rhinestones and resin ($1,475).

Dior also offered several choker styles on its website, including what it called a “bold and assertive” D-Punkish choker in gold-finish metal with more than 100 white resin pearls and pointy conical studs for $3,900.

One fan of the choker style is Tyler Chanel, a Los Angeles-based 27-year-old who writes the lifestyle and fashion blog Thrifts & Tangles to encourage sustainability. (A recent blog post was headlined “How to Politely Decline Gifts for the Holidays.”)

“Choker-style necklaces are my favorite,” she said by email. “They are so versatile.

“Necklaces of certain lengths only work with certain necklines, but chokers work with everything. They look great with V-neck tops and button-up tops (which make up the majority of my wardrobe).”

And, she said, she has noticed “a lot more people wearing bold gold chokers recently.”

Still, “chokers are not something new,” said Beatriz Chadour-Sampson, a jewelry historian based in England’s Hampshire county.

Christie Brinkley Is a Whole New Era of Sexy in These ‘Sports Illustrated’ Photos Nearly 50 Years Apart

Christie Brinkley is on the precipice of turning 68 years old and she’s still gracing the pages of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit — and we love it. The supermodel is praising the publication for showcasing women in all seasons of their lives and proving that age is just a number.

In side-by-side photos on Instagram, Brinkley shares an image of her posing in the 1970s in a black-and-blue, plunging one-piece swimsuit, and a stunning (and sheer) black one-piece suit from this year’s issue. (See the photo HERE.) We can’t get over how gorgeous she looks then and now — and it’s a reminder that beauty comes with every decade. Her caption hits the nail on the head about how the beauty and fashion industries need to catch up with the evolving times and how we look at aging. She wrote in the caption, “I worked with @siswim from the 1970’s till I’m ALMOST 70… and I appreciate and applaud their ever expanding embrace of women …showing the world that when a woman feels beautiful she IS BEAUTIFUL!”

Brinkley then dives into how representation is important for women of all shapes, sizes, ethnicities and ages. “When a woman opens a magazine and sees someone like herself that may be all she needs to build her self esteem and boost her confidence,” she added. She goes on to praise Sports Illustrated Swimsuit editor-in-chief MJ Day for being a “force for change” and for fostering “inclusiveness and support for every woman… confidence kindness and love are the most beautiful things you’ve ever published.”
